The Post Office Building

The Post Office Building, adjacent to the Notre Dame cathedral, was built from 1886 to 1891 by by Gustave Eiffel. The architecture style is french colonial, and upon entering the post office, I take a instant liking to the immense ceilings.
This place has a very familiar feel, it was after some moments when I finally knew where this familiar feel originates from. Those of you who have been to train stations, will feel likewise. The General Post Office has the feel of a train station. It brings back good old nostalgia, as I have always been a "train person", taking long rides on the train has always been my preferred mode of transport whenever I go on travelling trips.
